Mobile Health Care Van

A Nurse Practitioner and a Nurse staff the van
to provide immunizations, well-baby checks,
women's health, birth control, and men's health care.

The schedule is as follows:

1st & 3rd Tuesday's
12:00 pm - 3:00 pm at Farm Fresh Merrimac Trail

 2nd & 4th Tuesday's
7:45 am - 10:30 am  at 613 Scotland Street
and
12:00 pm - 3:00 pm at Lafayette Apartments

 Wednesday 9:00 am - 11:00 am
at Grove Miller Mart

Thursday 8:30 am - 11:00 am
 at Burnt Ordinary Apartments, Toano
