The Medication Access Program helps patients, who qualify, get prescription medicines. Many drug companies give free prescription medicines to people who cannot afford them.
To be eligible:
You must be uninsured or not have prescription insurance, Medicaid or Medicare-D
Patients see a Medication Case Worker by appointment.

You will need your Social Security number.
You will need proof of household income (tax return(s), pay stubs, SSI, unemployment, spousal support, etc.).
A Medication Case Worker will help you with the paperwork. When the application process is submitted, it will take four to six weeks for the medications to arrive.
For Patients Who See Other Doctors
The Medication Access Program also helps patients who see doctors who
work in the City of Williamsburg,
James City County and York County.
