The Medication Access Program (MAP) helps eligible patients obtain brand name medications at no charge directly from medication companies.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Uninsured or  under insured.

  • No prescription drug coverage.

  • No insurance coverage; including Medicaid or private insurance -  some exceptions such as those with Medicare A & B only. Must be a current prescription.

Once the MAP department has received your referral:

  • Schedule an appointment with MAP staff member and complete MAP paperwork.

  • Provide proof of household income - Staff will inform you before your appointment of what income will be required for your specific medication. Most companies prefer your most recent tax return.

  • Confirm medications that are going to be requested.

  • Discuss delivery options for medications requested.

  • Takes 4-6 weeks from approval date to receive medication
