The Medication Access Program (MAP) helps eligible patients obtain brand name medications at no charge directly from medication companies.
Uninsured or under insured.
No prescription drug coverage.
No insurance coverage; including Medicaid or private insurance - some exceptions such as those with Medicare A & B only. Must be a current prescription.
Once the MAP department has received your referral:
Schedule an appointment with MAP staff member and complete MAP paperwork.
Provide proof of household income - Staff will inform you before your appointment of what income will be required for your specific medication. Most companies prefer your most recent tax return.
Confirm medications that are going to be requested.
Discuss delivery options for medications requested.
Takes 4-6 weeks from approval date to receive medication
Olde Towne Medical & Dental Center has partnered with RxPartnership for the Access to Medications Program (AMP) in order to provide patients with low cost generic medication.
AMP works in synergy with the Medications Access Program, which currently provides free brand name medications to eligible patients.
